Return policy

Please note that all of our art maps are hand made and therefore you should expect some variation in the colour and finish of your art work. There is also some inherent variation in the natural materials used to make our art works.

Items that have not been customised can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Customised artworks are considered to be final sale. These are only returnable if they are damaged in transit, in which case we will repair/ replace the artwork and return to you at our expense. Please take photos of the packaging if it is damaged when it arrives and contact us immediately.

We want our customers to love their artworks, so if you are unhappy in any way please do get in touch to discuss and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
